What QuiKey Does

QuiKey is a macOS utility that adds actions to your Finder right-click menu. It lets you send files to Gmail, upload to Google Drive, analyze with AI, and convert to PDF.

Your Data

QuiKey stores your settings and credentials locally on your Mac, encrypted. We don't have servers that store your data.

When you use a feature, your files are sent directly to the relevant service (Google, OpenAI, etc.) — not through us.

Third-Party Services

QuiKey connects to these services based on your actions:

• Google (Gmail, Drive, Gemini) — Google Privacy Policy
• OpenAI (ChatGPT) — OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Lemon Squeezy (payments) — Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy

These services have their own privacy practices.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage statistics (which features are used, success rates) to improve the app. You can disable this in Settings → Preferences → "Send anonymous usage metrics".

We don't collect your files, emails, prompts, or personal information.

Updates

We may update this policy. Check back occasionally.
